Open short fiction contest (all genres)

Short fictions max 20 minutes are preferred.
Remittance work and commercial productions are excluded. The production not (significantly) being supported/promoted by public funds is a further criteria. (Provided equipment substituted material costs are not meant there under - but salary for creative minds and engineers). Evaluation is not exclusively based on the result but essentially on the relation between result and precondition of production.

Also the innovative and creative way of solutions with low/no costs is significant.
