Open short fiction contest (all genres)

Short fictions max 15 minutes are preferred.
Remittance work and commercial productions are excluded. The production not (significantly) being supported/promoted by public funds is a further criteria. (Provided equipment substituted material costs are not meant there under - but salary for creative minds and engineers).

Evaluation is not exclusively based on the result but essentially on the relation between result and precondition of production.
Also the innovative and creative way of solutions with low/no costs is significant.

Panorama / Longplayer

Narrative and experimental short fictions longer than 15 minutes.

Documentary (without length limit)

Remittance works are excluded.
The production not (significantly) being supported/promoted by public funds is a further criteria. (Provided equipment
substituted material costs are not meant here under - but salary for creative minds and engineers.)

Similar to open short fictions the creative but economic way of realization is a significant criteria.
Additionally the choice of the topic and inquest are subject to evaluation as well.
